Assistant Professor

Area of Specialization

Materials physics/chemistry, especially surface/interface science or physical/quantum chemistry or reaction engineering, based on computational science and/or data-driven AI science

Qualifications

• * Possesses a Ph.D. degree or will possess a Ph. D degree at the time of employment.
• * Achievements in the computational materials science and/or materials informatics studies on the above specialized fields (Achievements of program development /extension are desirable.)
• * Ability to supervise undergraduate and graduate students in the above specialized fields. (Willingness to communicate with young people is desirable.)
• * Willingness to contribute to the administrative tasks in the group and CLS.

Proposed Start Date

1 August 2024 or or the earliest possible date thereafter.
