About us

Our research group is mainly working on the metabolism and movement of photosynthetic organisms as follows:
(1) Molecular mechanisms of rotation and regulation of ATP synthase from photosynthetic organisms
(2) Biochemical analysis of thioredoxin and its target proteins in photosynthetic organisms
(3) Anti-oxidant stress system in photosynthetic organisms
(4) Motility mechanism and its regulation of eukaryotic flagella

We carried out CREST project (2011-2016) together with Prof. M. Hara in Frontier Research Center

Now, we are working on 'New Photosynthesis' project lead by Prof. J. Minagawa at NIBB (2016-2020).
