Registration

*Attention! Workshop Registration Fee, Banquet Fee and Excursion Fee are waivered for Duch participants.
*All participants including plenary and keynote lecturers from Japan and even The Netherlands are required to complete the registration.
*On-line registration is available from April 5 (Fri.) to May 26 (Sun.), 2013 at 24:00 JST (Japan Standard Time) on the website.
*On-line registration and payment are preferred.
*After May 26, the website of the on-line registration will be closed and all the registrations will be handled as "On-site".

Note that, those who wish to present a paper are requested to submit an extended abstract (A4 size, 1 page, pdf file) via e-mail by April 22 (See Call for Papers).

Workshop Registration Fee

The fee includes Admission to all scientific sessions and Conference badge and kit.
Note that Welcome Reception on May 29 and Coffee Break are free for General Participant and Student.

Banquet Fee

　　Duch participants: Free

Excursion Fee

[TOKYO bus tour] After visiting "KAITEKI　SQUARE", Mitsubishi　Chemical　Holdings　Corporation (Marunouchi), we go to Asakusa (Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Street) through Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace, Akihabara and so on. Then, we'll have a farewell party.

*You can register and make a payment at the Workshop Registration Desk but only “Japanese Yen cash” is accepted at “On-site” registration.
